Carly - Patient Coordinator
Carly has been with Baye Dentistry since April 2019. She graduated from the Dental Assistant program in 2007. Carly was a dental assistant for 10 years before transitioning to the front desk. She likes to help out wherever needed at the office. Carly loves interacting with our patients in anyway she can to help them achieve the smile transformations they have always dreamed of. She is definitely our office prankster and has tricked us all at least one time or another.
Carly lives in the Appleton area. She loves traveling, especially camping and hiking. A self proclaimed botanist, she has quite the assortment of plants at home. Carly is quite the cook and surprises us with yummy treats from time to time at the office.

Anna - Dental Assistant
Anna received her Dental Assisting degree from Fox Valley technical College in 2010. Following college, she expanded her dental knowledge and experience in public health for 3 years before joining Dr. Baye and his team in November of 2013. Anna enjoys giving back, which is why she felt the dental field would be a great fit for her personality. She also enjoys the family friendly atmosphere and patient relations at Baye Dentistry.
Anna was born and raised in Hortonville, where she continues to reside with her son (Shay) and daughter (Sutton). On her days off, you can find her spending time with her family, traveling to their cottage up north, bow hunting, doing DIY projects, cooking and gardening with her kids.
Amber - Dental Assistant
Amber started at Baye Dentistry in May 2015. She has been working in the dental field since graduating from Fox Valley Technical College in 2008 with a degree in Dental Assisting. Amber's favorite part of working in dentistry is being part of a team that helps people be able to show off their beautiful smiles and be more confident about themselves. Her favorite part of working at Baye Dentistry is how well the team clicks together and is always willing to lend a hand to one another. She is also very appreciative of Dr. Baye's conservative approach to treatment.
Amber lives in Greenville with her husband Shane, son Caleb, daughter Aubree and her 3 dogs Camber, Chassis and Crew. In the Summer you will find Amber cheering on her husband and other favorite racecar drivers at local racetracks throughout NE WI. She also looks forward to counting down the days until she is at her favorite vacation place, The Hodag Country Music Festival in Rhinelander, WI.
Kaylee - Dental Assistant
Kaylee has been at Baye Dentistry since January 2019. She attended the Dental Assisting program at FVTC, graduating in 2013. She enjoys getting to know our patients on a personal level and helping them achieve a beautiful smile. Kaylee loves the atmosphere in our office and loves working with both Dr. Josh and Dr. Baye.
Kaylee and her husband Jarod live in the Appleton area with their daughter (Reilly), 2 sons (Gavin & Mason). When Kaylee is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking bike rides around town and on the local bike trails. They also spend their summer weekends camping and swimming in the lake and paddle boarding at their campsite. Kaylee also enjoys doing arts and crafts and is our personal t-shirt maker, and go to craft gal with her Cricut.
Stephanie - Dental Assistant
Stephanie started at Baye Dentistry in January 2020. She graduated from FVTC with a degree in Dental Assisting. Steph finds dental assisting to be a very rewarding profession. She loves helping and caring for patients and making them feel the most comfortable at the dental office. Education and developing trusting relationships with our patients is also very important. Steph loves working at Baye Dentistry because she is always learning something new and the staff are very helpful. She enjoys the teamwork that make patients feel at home and gives them the best experience at their appointments.
Steph and her husband Taylor live in the Valley with their two sons, Maddex and Macklin( aka Big Mack). The boys keep her busy all the time, they enjoy trips to the park and playing in the yard. Steph loves hiking, running, traveling, biking and roasting marshmallows by the fire. In her free time she loves to run and has recently completed 3 5K marathons. Photography is also a passion of Steph's and she started her own photography business 1 year ago, which she enjoys capturing any and all moments in life.
Nicole - Dental Hygienist
Nicole started at Baye Dentistry in 2010. She began her career in dentistry by receiving her Dental Assisting degree from the United States Air Force Community College. She continued her schooling at NWTC for Dental Hygiene, graduating in 2010. Nicole's love for dentistry started as a child when she would look forward to going to her dental visits. She enjoys the variety of people young-old to she sees as patients at Baye Dentistry. All of the Baye Dentistry employees are a fun bunch of people and Dr. Baye is a great dentist to work with.
Nicole lives in Appleton with her husband Tim, daughters Paige and Gwen and their household animals. When Nicole is not reading or baking, she loves to travel and see the world. Nicole likes spending time with her family and you will often find her in Waupaca on the weekends.
Ashley - Dental Hygienist
Ashley has been with Baye Dentistry since July 2012. She went to MATC in Milwaukee for Dental Hygiene, graduating in 2007. She enjoys working at Dr. Baye and Dr. Josh because they are excellent and are very knowledgeable in what they do. Ashley enjoys the dental field as she gets to work with a variety of patients kids through adults, getting to know them and their families and helping them learn to keep their great smiles with great oral hygiene care.
Ashley lives in the Fox Valley with her husband Anthony, and children Urban, Mae and Molly. In her free time she loves spending time outdoors hiking, biking, boating, skiing and exercising. She loves spending time with the kids taking them to the park and pool. You will often find Ashley with her family at the cottage, hiking, cross country skiing and just enjoying the great outdoors.
Melissa - Dental Hygienist
Melissa joined Baye Dentistry in February 2017. She attended NWTC and graduated from the Dental Hygiene program in 2009. She enjoys working with both Dr. Baye and Dr. Josh and the rest of the staff as we have a great family dynamic. Melissa has always loved the dental field and getting to know her patients throughout the years.
Melissa, her husband and three children live on a Beef Farm in the Valley. She really enjoys gardening, photography and taking the kids on plenty of adventures.
Alicia - Dental Hygienist
Alicia started at Baye Dentistry in 2017. She began her career in the dental field as a Certified Dental Assistant through NWTC back in 2011. Alicia then went back to NWTC to further her education as a Registered Dental Hygienist, graduating in 2017. Working at Baye Dentistry gives Alicia the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients of all ages. She loves that she is able to play a key role in improving people's oral health. Alicia also enjoys that Baye Dentistry is family oriented and has amazing staff and patients.
Alicia currently lives in Wrightstown with her husband Nick, their son (Carson) and daughter (River). Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family, going up North, baking and reading.
Heather - Dental Hygienist
Heather joined Baye Dentistry in 2017. She graduated from the Dental Assisting program in 2010 and went on to NWTC for Dental Hygiene, graduating in 2016. She is very passionate about oral health and caring for patients. Heather likes to help patients understand proper oral hygiene and helping them to take care of their teeth for a lifetime of smiles. Her favorite part of working at Baye Dentistry is working with Dr. Baye and Dr. Josh as they are wonderful, caring dentists who always put patients first.
Heather and her two children live in the Green Bay area. She enjoys watching her son play soccer and football. You can find Heather playing board games, spending time with her family and rollerblading in her free time.
Michelle - Dental Hygienist
Michelle has been at Baye Dentistry since December 2019. She attended the Dental Hygiene program at NWTC, graduating in 2014. Michelle's favorite part of being in the dental field is getting to know her patients and their families. She enjoys working with patients to make their visit as comfortable as possible. Michelle loves working at Baye Dentistry with the fun co-workers and bosses.
In Michelle's free time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband, her son Lincoln, her daughter Aubryn and 2 bulldogs. Her and her husband love traveling and visiting National Parks.

Tracy has been with Baye Dentistry since 2014. She went to NWTC for Dental Hygiene, graduating in 2012. Tracy enjoys working in the dental field helping to give her patients their best smiles. She loves working at Baye Dentistry because of the high quality of work that done. She really likes how positive the environment is here at the office.
Tracy and her two children live in Green Bay. She likes spending her free time at different sporting events with her boys. You can often find Tracy rooting on the Green Bay Packers.
